Change of Mind

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or personal preference. We encourage customers to review all product descriptions and sizing information prior to purchasing.


Damaged Items (Shipping Issues Only)

Returns or resolutions will only be considered if an item is damaged during shipping. To be eligible:


  • The damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Clear photo evidence of the damage and packaging must be provided.



Once your claim is reviewed, Pushin Clothing will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution. Store credit will be issued as the default resolution. A partial or full refund may be provided only where deemed necessary at our discretion and in line with applicable consumer laws.

All claims are subject to review. Pushin Clothing reserves the right to determine the outcome based on the evidence provided.
